SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Founded in 2001 by Amy and Keith Augustine, Lazy Dog Cookie Co. focuses on all-natural ingredients. The Saratoga Springs-based business ships their dog treats to customers across the country.Originally from Pennsylvania, the company moves from a small kitchen in their home to a 10,000 sq. foot facility in Saratoga Springs last year. The expansion is allowing the company to grow at a quick pace. ST. LOUIS - One person is dead and another is hurt after two overnight shootings in the city of St. Louis.The victims in both shootings were adult males. The crimes happening only two miles apart and within a couple of hours of each other. Wednesday morning, investigators are sharing that there does not appear to be any connection between the cases.This happened on Thomas Street in north St. Louis, not far from Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. Police are calling it a homicide. They told FOX 2 officers rushed to that area for shot's fired call just after 1:00 a.m.Upon arrival, they found a man shot outside. He was not conscious or breathing and was pronounced dead at the scene. COLLINSVILLE, Ill. - A stretch of Interstate 55 in central Illinois is back open Wednesday morning after closing again due to dusty conditions Tuesday afternoon.Illinois State Police said they discovered another person died in that massive vehicle pile up on I-55. It's about 75 miles northeast of St. Louis. This brings the total number of lives lost from six to seven.A windstorm kicked up clouds of blinding dust from farm fields Monday morning, causing a series of crashes along I-55 in Montgomery County. When police arrived, they found a woman outside suffering from a gunshot wound. She later died from her injuries. Police arrested her when they realized she was wanted in several counties for failing to appear in court for traffic violations.
