1 dead in crash on Loop 360, 3 others injured

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- One person has died following a crash on Texas 360/Capital of Texas Highway and other people are injured. Austin-Travis County EMS posted about the crash at 1:05 p.m. and said at least four patients were involved. It happened in the southbound lanes of the highway near Stoneridge Road. Originally, ATCEMS said a patient was pinned and being extricated, then said in an update the patient had been extricated and was being treated. The other three people were declared trauma alerts. In another update, ATCEMS said an adult was pronounced dead on the scene. The three other patients were being treated and prepared to be taken to hospitals as of 1:09 p.m.Drivers should expect delays and avoid the area if possible. This is a developing story. New Hartford Police were called to Dick's Sporting Goods at Sangertown Square at approximately 5 pm on Wednesday, December 6 for a reported larceny. He was allegedly running from the store carrying a large amount of stolen merchandise. Miller allegedly refused commands to stop, and the officer initiated a foot pursuit. DELMAR, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man has been arrested following a burglary investigation, according to the Bethlehem Police Department. Lawrence Femminella, 54, is facing multiple charges. Upon arrival, officers observed someone inside the building. Police made contact with the person, who was identified as Femminella. Further investigation determined that Femminella had forced entry into the business, and that he was also currently under the supervision of New York State Parole. Armed robbers stole about 100 pounds of marijuana from a Culver City dispensary Wednesday evening, police said.Just after 7:30 p.m. in the 3700 block of Robertson Boulevard, a man was unloading about 120 pounds of marijuana from a vehicle when two men wearing black ski masks got out of a car armed with handguns, the Culver City Police Department said in a news release.One robber held the victim at gunpoint while the other began grabbing bags of cannabis, ultimately taking about 100 pounds of product, police said.The two men then hopped into a waiting silver Honda Accord driven by a third person and fled south on Robertson Avenue, police said.Both men are described as being in their 20s or 30s and about 6 feet tall.
